Yesterday KTVU-TV News rode along with ExtraFood volunteers as they picked up a food donation from Marin General Hospital and delivered it to one of the Homeward Bound shelters in ExtraFood's network. You can really see how the volunteer mother and son are affected by the work they're doing -- becoming aware of those who struggle in their community, reaching out to help, and making a difference.
